Blue Offset CTCP Plate for Commercial Printing
CTcP (Computer To Conventional Plate) uses a UV light source (360–450 nm wavelength) to expose conventional PS plates directly, eliminating the need for film output. The DMD (Digital Micromirror Device) precisely controls the exposure of each pixel.
The blue coating is the photosensitive layer. After UV exposure, development removes the unexposed areas, forming oleophilic (ink-receptive) image areas and hydrophilic non-image areas.
